Once enrollment is complete and the client has been onboarded, telephone support become available upon request. At that time, we will review your credit reports, prepare your personalized credit analysis, and discuss your credit profile, and answer any questions you may have. If you choose not to move forward, you may cancel within five (5) days of enrollment date, which will terminate the agreement. No fees will be charged by Sound Credit Solutions unless and until services have been performed in accordance with your agreement. Sound Credit Solutions operates on a monthly recurring post-performance billing model. Payment information is collected during enrollment solely to establish your account and authorize future billing should you elect to continue services. No funds are collected at enrollment. Your first service fee is not billed until after the initial round of work has been completed, and subsequent monthly fees are billed only after the corresponding month's services have been performed, as outlined in your service agreement.
